She is a multilingual global talent management expert and AI strategist who has led HR initiatives for Fortune 500 corporations with market capitalizations of up to $100 billion, strengthening talent pipelines, workforce engagement, and organizational transformation across 180 countries.
Nina is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University, where she prepares students to succeed in diverse global contexts and earned NYU’s Teaching Excellence Award.
