She is an AI enthusiast and a global talent management expert who has spearheaded HR initiatives for Fortune 500 corporations with market capitalizations of up to $100 billion, managing workforces of up to 260,000 employees across 180 countries, spanning diverse industries. 

Passionate about AI’s impact on the future of work, Nina integrates it into HR, enhancing hiring, talent management, workforce analytics, and leadership development.
