Who This Is For

Leaders who feel the shift and know that the approaches that worked before are no longer enough.
Executives preparing for the next stage of their leadership growth who want clarity and structure
in a changing environment.
Directors, senior managers, and executives responsible for influencing teams, aligning decisions,
and leading through pressure.

Why Attend

Session 1 defined what it means to be an AI ready leader: the skills and thinking patterns
that will keep you relevant, the neuroscience behind those skills, and the change management realities
that make AI adoption succeed or stall. We also introduced the AI Era Readiness Scorecard so you
could identify your highest leverage growth areas and translate them into a practical 90 day plan.

Session 2 is where we turn that into a work redesign system. If you missed Session 1, you can still
join Session 2, since it is designed as a standalone session. You also have the option to watch
Session 1’s recording and access the Scorecard. In Session 2, you will learn a simple framework
to audit how you use your brain at work.

You will map your real tasks and decisions and sort them into three categories:

Automate: What should no longer use your time and attention, so you can save hours

Augment: What you should keep doing, but do with AI as a thinking partner to improve
clarity, structure, and decision quality

Human: What only you can do and must protect and strengthen: trust, judgment,
influence, emotional intelligence, and leadership presence

You will leave with a clear, personalized 90-day plan to reduce cognitive overload,
use AI with intention, and reinvest your time into the work that creates the most value.

What You Will Learn

How to see your work through a brain based lens:
Identify where your attention is being drained and where your best thinking is required

How to automate the right things without losing control:
Spot tasks that can be delegated to systems and AI so you win back time

How to augment your thinking with AI:
Use practical workflows to plan, solve problems, make decisions, and communicate with more clarity

How to protect and elevate your human advantage:
Strengthen the human skills AI cannot replace, and use them to lead teams through uncertainty

Your 90 day momentum plan:
One focus area, one measurable outcome, and the first actions to make this a habit, not an intention

Attendance is free and open to all, but seats are limited to preserve the interactive experience.
