Nina Hirota, MA, MBA

Nina Hirota is the co-Founder & Chief Talent Officer at Global Synergy Partner Solutions.

She is an AI strategist and a global talent management expert who has spearheaded HR initiatives for Fortune 500 and global enterprises with workforces of up to 260,000 employees across 180 countries, spanning diverse industries. 

Passionate about AI’s impact on the future of work, Nina integrates it into HR, enhancing hiring, talent management, workforce analytics, and leadership development. 

Nina is also an Adjunct Professor at New York University, where she prepares graduate students to excel in a global workforce. Her contributions to education and career advancement earned her NYU’s Teaching Excellence Award.

She proudly serves on Harvard Business Review’s Advisory Council and the Bellini Center Executive Advisory Board at the University of South Florida, where she is committed to equipping USF's students with the critical skills needed to succeed in the evolving workforce.
